Those of you who follow the blog (yeah, both of you) know that Electromagnetizm is on a hiatus of sorts until 2012. However, part of this is because of a second project that I'm undergoing to add more to the AKSOFT repertoire. I've taken up this project as part of my software engineering course at the university. So, here it is. The official announcement of StarWings Mobile for Android.

StarWings Mobile is one of about 20 propositions for our software engineering course, but regardless of whether or not it is chosen as one of the 5 final projects, I'll continue work on this in my own time.

The game will be optimized for Android phones with ARMv6 capable processors running Android Froyo 2.2 or later. If time allows, the game may be optimized for Android tablets as well. Expect a proper and final release some time in late 2011 or early 2012.

The few of you who do follow this blog knew it was going to happen. Electromagnetizm is postponed to 2012.
I figure there isn't a big enough fanbase yet to warrant a rushed release. I apologize to those who are affected negatively by this delay.

I apologize for the continuing lack of updates. I have been ridiculously swamped with insane amounts of work, and Electromagnetizm has definitely taken a hit. Fortunately, I am still continuing the project. The bad news is that I will most likely have to postpone the release date to late 2011 or early 2012.

The website has undergone a major update. The main improvements are:
    -New dedicated subpages for Electromagnetizm and StarWings
    -Paypal payment widget is ready for implementation

Welcome to the new AKSOFT website! As the interest for my independent projects has increased, I found the introduction of a dedicated website to be necessary. This is where all future updates on Electromagnetizm will be published, as well as any other projects I may introduce in the future.
